Mindfulness is a practice we teach to help focus and calm the mind by training in attention and awareness. This can help veterans achieve mental clarity and help them produce a calm and clear state of mind.

Yoga

Our online yoga classes are a gentle way to improve your posture and balance, as well as a great way to provide physical exercise and help to focus and relax a buys mind. Yoga practises breath control, relaxation, diet control, positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment. It is a great tool and routine for veterans to help overcome or prevent mental illness.

Photography

Photos are a great way of sharing meaningful experiences with others. It’s also a great tool for mindfulness and teaches us to be present, observe and take in our surroundings and improve our awareness and presence in any given moment.
